Officers Had To Tase Him; Now He’s In Critical Condition

He was going the wrong way on I-69 in Madison County, damaging five vehicles before he was stopped. The driver, identified only as a 43-year-old man from Normal, Illinois, refused to get out of the vehicle and “became combative.” When officers used a Taser on him, he suffered “some sort of medical event”. The man was taken to a Noblesville hospital in critical condition.
