Anyone traveling through downtown Noblesville this Sunday morning will likely see a lot of emergency vehicles around the Courthouse. It’s a pre-planned annual exercise to provide training for area first responders. The training will be held from 7:30AM – 12:00PM at the Hamilton County Government and Judicial Center.
