Muncie Animal Care and Service’s 24-hour hour “No Barking Zone” is this weekend. The adoption event runs from noon Saturday through noon Sunday in hopes of reducing overcrowding. About 100 dogs and 250 cats are available. $5 cats and $10 dogs come complete with vaccinations and are spayed and neutered.
