New Evidence Prompts Dillinger Exhumation Request

The niece and nephew of notorious bank robber John Dillinger say they have reason to believe Dillinger is not buried in Crown Hill Cemetery.  Mike Thompson and Carol Thompson applied for a permit to have Dillinger’s grave exhumed after being presented with evidence that demonstrates that the individual who was shot and killed at the Biograph Theater in Chicago may not have been Dillinger. The exhumation date has not yet been set.
