New Downtown Apartment On Muncie City Council’s Agenda

WS Property Group of Bloomington will go before Muncie City Council Monday for final economic agreement approvals for a downtown apartment complex along the White River. The plan is for a 55-unit building along West Washington Street and North Liberty Street. It would have a small first-floor commercial space, and common space for the higher-end apartments.
