It’s Opening Day for the 2019 Indiana State Fair. The gates open early on the first day, but after that they’re open from 9am-9:30pm at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center at 1202 E. 38th Street in Indianapolis. The fair continues through August 18th.
