Muncie Sanitary District administrator Nikki Grigsby, now on unpaid leave and under indictment, can speak with the person doing her job. The 44 year old Grigsby was ordered not to have contact with anyone likely to be a witness in the investigation of bid rigging allegations. Her attorney asked she be able to communicate with the person in her job and that was granted as long as they do not discuss the case.
