The Delaware County Coroner is looking to the public to track down family members of a woman who died in Muncie recently. 60 year old Judith Ann Richardson died of natural causes in her apartment. Coroner Rick Howell says efforts to locate her survivors to notify them of her deathhave been unsuccessful. Formerly, Richardson reportedly lived in Indianapolis.
