This year’s theme is Heroes in the Heartland. Fair officials say that includes Hoosier Farmers, First Responders, Educators, and members of the Armed Forces. The 2019 Indiana State Fair runs August 2-18 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center on East 38th Street in Indianapolis.
