A murder charge faces a New Castle woman accused of killing her mother. 34 year old Bonnie Joslin is being held without bail. Police say the body of 53 year old Mona Davis was found in her Anderson apartment on June 20th after co-workers reported her missing a week earlier. Joslin, last month, was charged with stealing a pick up truck her mother had borrowed from a friend.
