A Muncie man who OD’ed in front of his children Monday night is facing charges, and so is his mother. 33 year old Louis Goodman Jr. is charged with four counts of neglect related to his two kids. He was found on a bathroom floor on the 700 block of West Memorial Drive. Police say his 65 year old mother Ruby Goodman allegedly bit one of the arresting officers on the hand.
