Muncie Homicide Victim Identified

A 70-year-old Muncie man has been identified as the victim of the city’s latest homicide. The body of William C. Balfour Sr. was found Tuesday in Blaine Street near Centennial Avenue. The Star Press reports that Balfour was the grandfather of William C. Balfour III, a 20-year-old Muncie man who stood trial last week on murder and robbery-related charges.
