Motel Rehab Project Stalled By Lawsuit

Progress on the former Red Carpet Inn at 3400 S. Madison St. has been stalled for some time, but Muncie officials say they’ve finally made contact with the owners of the property. According to the Star Press, Meir Tessler, an East Coast property developer, is in the process of working through a lawsuit with the previous owners of the building.
