Indiana Michigan Power wants to raise rates by nearly 12-percent. The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will hold a public hearing in Muncie next Monday at 6pm. I&M customers are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for an overview in Cardinal Hall at Ball State University’s student center.
