Hartford City Man Accused Of Attacking Stranger

After a two-hour stand-off, a Hartford City man surrendered to authorities after being accused of attacking a stranger outside his home. 32-year-old Brandan Franze is charged in Blackford Superior Court with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, battery resulting in bodily injury and strangulation.  Franze trial is set for Aug. 28.
