Elwood Seeks To Regulate Downtown Dumpsters

The Elwood City Council is considering an ordinance that would regulate dumpsters used in a two-block area of the city’s uptown historical business district. The Herald Bulletin is reports that the regulations are being considered to bring trash disposal into compliance with the city’s aesthetic and public health objectives.
