Albany Man Pleads Guilty To Unemployment Fraud

A Delaware County man pleads guilty to unemployment insurance fraud. The Indiana Department of Workforce Development investigated 37-year-old Matthew Polzin of Albany and determined that he was working and collecting unemployment. Polzin has been sentenced to 545 days of probation and ordered to repay the $5,850 he collected.
