Visual Improvements Made To I&M Substation

I&M is installing a wildflower garden alongside the new $39 million substation in Muncie. The garden will include trees, lawn and limestone pylon to soften the appearance. The substation is designed to step down the transmission voltage to distribution level to carry power to homes and businesses.
