It started as a traffic stop but ended in the arrest of a Chesterfield man. 40-year-old Raymond Chanley is accused of dealing meth. He was found with a suspended license and expired, false and fictitious registration. Chandley has been charged with possession of Methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.
