Abbigail Sprong was named 2019 Delaware County Fair Queen at the 2019 Delaware County Fair Queen Pageant. The pageant was held Saturday at Muncie Central High School. Seven young ladies competed for the title of 2019 Delaware County Fair Queen. Abbigail will take part in the Delaware County Fair, and will compete for the Indiana State Fair Queen title.
