Prescription medications were found during a traffic stop in Muncie, and the woman behind the wheel is, according to her, director of nursing at a local assisted living facility. Police say they found some pills prescribed to another person, along with what appeared to be marijuana in the possession of 28 year old Megan Foster after she was pulled over for running a red light.
