Charges face a Muncie man who works as a shift supervisor at the Henry County Jail. Police say 42 year old Dallas Gates of South Eaton Ave is accused of trafficking with an inmate. According to documents, Gates told a prisoner that he could bring him anything, for a price. The inmate reportedly paid Gates for a cell phone and smoking materials.
