A Marion man is accused of robbing an elderly gentleman outside a CVS Pharmacy. Marion police say 36-year-old Bryan Colburn admitted that stole the money from the 73-year-old man and left him with scraped elbows and knees. Colburn is facing a felony robbery charge.
