Indy Man Cuffed In Muncie Home Break In

An Indianapolis man labeled as very confused by authorities was cuffed this week after police say he broke into a home in Muncie. 20 year old Samuel Holliday was charged with burglary and residential entry in the incident that unraveled at a home on the 1700 block of South Proctor Road. Holliday had allegedly broken through a window to get into the garage and when homeowners woke up and asked him what he was doing, Holliday reportedly said, “Oh, just hanging out.”
