Garfield’s headquarters in Albany is up for sale. Jim Davis, the comic strip’s creator, has donated the facility to the Ball State Foundation. All proceeds will go to the Foundation, and how the funds will be used is yet to be determined. Memorabilia from the headquarters will be distributed to collectors, national and local organizations and local charities.
