The Delaware County prosecutor’s office Thursday formally charged a Muncie woman with two counts of Neglect of a Dependent Resulting in Death. Prosecutor Eric Hoffman says that with those charges, the bond for Sara Styhl has been increased $100,000. Styhl’s infant daughter suffered numerous fractures and burns before she died. An initial hearing case is set for Monday.
