The City of Muncie’s fireworks will be held on July 4th at the levee near Muncie Central High School. Fireworks by Grucci will begin at 10pm. A reminder that Wheeling Avenue will be closed between the Fallen Heroes Bridge and Amazing Joes beginning at 8pm.
