Anderson Police Officer Adam Watters, the son of Police Chief Tony Watters, has been arrested for an alleged attack on a girlfriend. The Herald Bulletin reports the incident took place Friday at the home of Watters’ girlfriend on Saddle Lane. The 23-year-old Watters has been placed on unpaid administrative leave.
