An Anderson woman has been arrested after Indiana state troopers found her sleeping in the parking lot of a business. 28-year-old Brittany Brown was found with meth & a syringe and was wanted on a theft warrant out of Hendricks County. She was taken to the hospital and then on to the Madison County Jail.
