Age Discrimination Lawsuit Filed Against City

A 15-year employee of the Anderson Park Department has filed an age discrimination lawsuit against the city of Anderson. According to the Herald Bulletin, the lawsuit was filed by Ken Burke in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana against the city of Anderson and the Parks and Recreation Department on May 24. Anderson city attorney Tim Lanane declined comment.
