Winchester Woman Faces Neglect And Drug Charges

A Winchester woman faces neglect and drug-related charges. According to the Star Press, 28-year-old Amanda Shook is charged in the Randolph Circuit Court with possession of meth and two counts of neglect of a dependent. Police say Shook’s two loaded guns were in locations that were easily accessible to her children.
