Portland Mother & Daughter Face Drug-Dealing Charges

A Portland mother and daughter are facing drug-dealing charges. 45-year-old Dawn D. Golder and her daughter, 24-year-old Tiara Dawn Williams-Golder, are accused of dealing in meth; this, after a raid at a South Vine Street residence. Both women were being held in the Jay County jail under $50,000 bonds.
