Police are now identifying a Winchester woman who died when the motorcycle she was on crashed into the back of a stopped vehicle. That car had been involved in a hit and run collision, and had stayed at the scene on the westbound lanes of I-70 early Saturday morning. Police say 27-year-old Kayla Gullett wasn’t breathing when they got there and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
