A Muncie man is accused of sexually assaulting a child, again. 40-year-old Raul Capeles has been arrested on two counts of molestation. According to court records, the Muncie man was convicted of carnal knowledge of a Virginia child in September of 2012. Capeles is being held in the Delaware County jail.
