A Muncie man is accused of stealing a painting from the hospital. Police say 52-year-old Donald Johnson was arrested for theft after he was caught pushing an empty wheelchair down the main gallery hallway. He took the painting off a wall and put it in the wheelchair, then rolled it outside to an accomplice in an SUV.
