Life on the lam is over for a man accused of killing a Winchester resident in his home, then stealing his car, debit card and cash. 59 year old Monty Cook of Winchester had been on the run for months. The victim, 61 year old David Brumley, was found dead in his home at 505 W. South Street in early November. Police say he had been tied up with zip ties and black electrical tape.
