A man who struck three vehicles in the parking lot of Vermillion Place Assisted Living after going airborne, is behind bars. 37 year old William Williams, Jr. is charged with resisting law enforcement and leaving the scene of an accident Saturday near Fifth and Main. A man later identified as Williams was seen running from the scene and was caught along the White River.
