Man Charged After OD, Collapsing In Roadway

Police say a Hartford City man overdosed on heroin in front of his kids and now he faces charges. 31 year old Kyle Hudson of the 700 block of Chestnut Streeet is charged with narcotics possession. Officers say Hudson collapsed on the 1500 block of South Jefferson Street and it took several doses of Narcan to revive him.
