It started in Delaware County and ended two counties over. A police chase early Thursday reached speeds of more than 80 miles per hour before the suspect car crashed in Richmond. Two men were taken into custody after the crash; the driver, 34 year old Norman Stanley, and the passenger, 20 year old Benjamin Veach. The men were found with what was believed to be Methamphetamine.
