Governor Urges Graduates To “Stay In Indiana”

Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb has urged Ball State University graduates to stay in Indiana when he delivered the keynote address Saturday. Holcomb was the first sitting governor to address Ball State graduates during a commencement. The ceremony was moved indoors due to the weather.
