101 years behind bars for an ex-Muncie man convicted of killing a woman. 33 year old Agapito Diaz lll was found building of murder, armed robbery and weapons counts. He shot 20 year old Jalynn Harmon during a shootout in a home on Pass Street in November of 2017. She died of her injuries a few hours later.
