Election 2019 – The field is set for the November General Election.
In the race to become Muncie’s next Mayor, Republican Dan Ridenour picked up 44% of the vote. In November he’ll face Democrat Terry Witt Bailey.
The top three vote-getters for Republicans vying for the City Council At-Large seats were Aaron Clark, Troy Ingram and Richard Ivy. The top three for Democrats were Watasha “Barnes” Griffin, Nora Evans Powell and Linda Gregory.
Scott Paluch will represent Republicans for the City Council District 3 seat in November. He will be challenged by Democrat Ray Dudley.
Bradley Polk gets the Republican nod for City Council District #4, while Democrat Anitra Davis gets the win for City Council District #6.
In the fall, Republican Belinda Munson will take on Democrat Melissa Peckinpaugh to become Muncie City Court Clerk.
