Muncie City Council is set to meet later today. One of the items on the agenda is the possibility of a new housing project near the new Delaware County Jail site. Although the project failed to clear the first hurdle last April, there will be discussion of Noblesville’s Bison Properties and their proposal to build a136-unit rental development near the former Wilson Middle School.
