Questions persist about how a man’s body ended up in the Muncie wastewater treatment plant, but authorities say they know who he is. The body of 41-year old Michael Coates of Muncie was found on a conveyor belt at just before 9 Monday morning. Investigators still aren’t sure how the body got there.
