Additional Charges Pending In Near-BSU Fatal Shooting

Prosecutors have filed attempted murder charges against 19-year-old Va Shaun Harnett for a shooting near Ball State University during which one person was fatally wounded and six others hurt.  Harnett is not yet charged with shooting 17-year-old Daymarr Kennedy, who died one week ago at a Muncie hospital. Additional charges might be filed after ballistic tests are completed.
