A Marion man is being held in the Delaware County jail under a 30-thousand-dollar bond after resisting law enforcement and other charges. 32-year-old Tavarious Turner is accused of hitting, kicking and spitting at nurses in the emergency department at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.
