How long of a trail can $640,000 build? According to the Star Press, Governor Holcomb says Muncie is receiving that amount of funding for a trail between the Morrison roundabout and the Ball State University campus adjacent to IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. The paved trail will be about nine feet wide and will run to Jackson Street then transition to Riverside Avenue headed to BSU’s Christy Woods. Construction is expected to happen next year.
