Yorktown Files Suit For Right-Of-Way

The Town of Yorktown has file three separate lawsuits for right of way access along Canal Street. The town is asking for 5-15 feet needed to re-locate utilities in a project that will widen the street and install sidewalks. All three hearings are scheduled for early June.
