Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler will present his final State of the City Address on Tuesday, April 16 th at the Horizon Convention Center in downtown Muncie. Tyler’s remarks will reflect achievements and accomplishments from 2018. Doors open at 6:45 a.m. with breakfast served at 7:00 a.m. America’s Hometown Band will provide music from 7:00 – 7:30 a.m., and the program will begin promptly at 7:30 a.m. The breakfast and program are
free and open to the public. Reservations are encouraged, but not required.
