A man from Anderson man faces sexual misconduct with a minor charges. Police say 58 year old Roger Buell of West County Road 100 South, is charged in conneciton with an incident that allegedly took place in the summer of 2018. A 15 year old girl claimed Buell approached her as she slept on a couch and began fondling her. Buell told police he remembered the night but did not mean to fondle her, if he did.
